Grow Coaching – Resume + LinkedIn Rebranding

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

Definitions

  • “Company” means Rushdi Kirsten  Grow Coaching, ABN 81 381 791 766, trading as Grow Coaching.

  • “Client” means the individual purchasing the Rebranding Package.

  • “Services” means all one‑to‑one coaching sessions, audits, written resources, and implementation support delivered under the Rebranding Package.

  • “Deliverables” means any strategic documents, LinkedIn profile rewrite and optimisation (up to one revision included), Résumé redesign (for one target role, up to one revision included), personal‑brand assets, or similar materials created for the Client.

  • “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Service

  • The Rebranding Package provides a tailored career-rebranding program covering:

    • LinkedIn profile rewrite and optimisation (up to one revision included)

    • Résumé redesign (for one target role, up to one revision included)

    • Personal pitch, headline, and positioning statement

    • One optional 1:1 coaching session - additional cost

    • Thirty days of email support (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 AWST, responses within 1–2 business days)

  • All sessions and services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • The Client agrees to:

    • Complete agreed actions.

    • Provide accurate background information and timely feedback on draft Deliverables.

    • Understand that failure to complete agreed actions may limit outcomes, but does not entitle the Client to a refund.

Fees and Payments

  • Payable in full at checkout.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe Financial Services, and major cards are accepted.

  • Access to Services begins only after full payment is received.

Cooling-off and Cancellation

  • In line with Australian Consumer Law, you have 14 calendar days (10 Business Days) from the Effective Date to cancel for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

  • Once any Deliverable has been provided, including a first draft of your résumé or recommendations for your LinkedIn profile, the service is deemed delivered and is non-refundable

  • If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before any draft or recommendations have been delivered, the Company will:

    • Retain 50% of the package fee, and

    • Apply a pro-rata deduction for any time or resources spent.

Refunds

  • Beyond the cooling-off period, refunds are issued only where the Company fails to deliver Services as described, and after good-faith attempts to remedy have been exhausted.

  • No guarantee of job placement, career advancement, or income increase is made or implied.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Intellectual Property

  • Copyright in pre‑existing Company materials remains with the Company.

  • Deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client’s property upon payment in full.

  • The Client grants the Company a non‑exclusive right to reference anonymised Deliverables for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or personal information disclosed in the course of the engagement, except where required by law.

Data Protection

Grow Coaching complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. Data is stored securely in encrypted cloud services.

Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as‑is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the re‑supply of Services or a refund of fees paid.

  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, career opportunities, or reputation.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power failure, civil unrest).

Term and Termination

  • This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and ends once all Services are delivered or after 30 days, whichever comes first.

  • Either party may terminate for material breach with 7 days’ written notice if the breach is not remedied.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes are to be resolved by negotiation in good faith; if unresolved, the parties agree to mediation in Perth before commencing legal proceedings. Each party will bear its own costs of mediation unless otherwise agreed.

Term and Termination

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
