1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and Grow Coaching’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Grow Coaching provides career and leadership coaching, résumé and LinkedIn optimisation, job-ready programs, and related professional services. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or legal/financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking with us, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are listed in AUD and must be paid before services commence unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans may be offered; details are outlined in your Coaching Agreement.
Payment plans attract a $10 service fee per instalment.
Refunds: Grow Coaching complies with Australian Consumer Law, including a 10-business-day cooling-off period for coaching programs purchased online.
After services begin, refunds are subject to our Coaching Agreement. An administration fee of 5% may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including frameworks, materials, tools, and session resources) is owned by Grow Coaching. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grow Coaching is not responsible for outcomes that depend on your actions. Coaching supports your career development, but results are not guaranteed and depend on your effort and circumstances.

7. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. For marketing purposes, client results or testimonials may be shared with your consent.

8. Recording Consent

Sessions may only be recorded with mutual agreement. Any recordings are for client use only and may not be shared publicly without written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation in Australia before legal proceedings.

10. Force Majeure

Grow Coaching is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or pandemics.
