If we reach the end of your coaching program and you don’t yet have clarity or momentum around what we were working toward, I will continue supporting you until that foundation is in place.
That doesn’t mean unlimited, open-ended coaching.
It means I don’t leave clients stuck mid-process or unsure of what to do next.
What This Commitment Is Not
This is not an outcome guarantee.
I can’t control hiring decisions, promotions, or timing.
What I do control is the quality, focus, and integrity of the coaching.
Results require your engagement, reflection, and follow-through.
